Particulars of the goods or services to be provided under this contract

Utilities Investigation Services are required along Stage 2 of the Parramatta Light Rail alignment to inform the Project's system requirements, costs and risks for the Project's Definition design.

The scope of work includes Sydney Water Corporation (SWC) asset condition assessments, update of existing Underground Utility Service (USS) Model in accordance with AS5488, pit diagrams and pit reports, CCTV condition assessments and Non-Destructive Digging (NDD) investigation survey.

Evaluation Criteria	Weighting
Minimum Requirement 1 Evidence that the Tenderer or at least one of the Tenderer's Subcontractors (as defined in the Contract) meet the accreditations set out below: - Roadwork (including road opening, reinstatement) - Tenderer's or Tenderer's Subcontractors must be an RMS Prequalified contractor - Roadworks - Category R2 or greater. - Traffic Control - Tenderer's Team must be RMS Registered contractor (Category G) for undertaking Traffic Control Work. Minimum Requirement 2 The Tenderer or at least one of the Tenderer's Subcontractors must be an approved Sydney Water Corporation provider, in particular for the completion of CCTV inspections and condition assessments on the SWC truck water main assets (Service protection Reporter under the SWC Type of Provider). Minimum Requirement 3 Evidence that the Tenderer or at least one of the Tenderer's Subcontractors has experience of delivering utility survey projects to G73 and AS5488. Minimum Requirement 4 The Tenderer or partnered Sub-Contractor, are registered or can provide evidence of the application to be on the Transport for NSW Technical Services Registration Scheme under the Utility Location and Subsurface Mapping category.
