Agencies do not need to be specific when identifying the Estimated Date of Approach to Market. Agencies can select from the following financial year periods:
‘Quarter 1’ – July to September
‘Quarter 2’ – October to December
‘Quarter 3’ – January to March
‘Quarter 4’ – April to June
Future/Beyond this FY – only used when agencies publish a Planned Procurement that is not expected to go to the market during the current APP period.

Venues NSW (VNSW) is the owner, coordinator, and promoter of a portfolio of publicly-owned sports and entertainment venues in NSW. VNSW is a statutory authority established as per the Sporting Venues Authorities Act (2008) to manage government-owned sporting and entertainment venues and precincts. The VNSW Network of venues currently consists of the following sites:
• Stadium Australia, currently known as Accor Stadium.
• Sydney Cricket Ground, currently known as the SCG.
• Sydney Football Stadium, currently known as the Allianz Stadium.
• Hunter Stadium, currently known as McDonald Jones Stadium.
• Western Sydney Stadium, currently known as Commbank Stadium.
• Wollongong Entertainment Centre and Wollongong Stadium, currently known as WIN Sports and Entertainment Centres.
• Newcastle Showground and Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
• Stadium Fitness Facility, currently known as the Sporting Club of Sydney.
