In this document the NSW Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) invites suppliers to provide responses for expressions of interest in the supply of the “NSW Sustainability Performance Information Platform” (SPIP).  SPIP is an information platform for managing placed based sustainability outcomes in NSW.

In this EOI we seek to understand market capabilities and supplier interest that will inform development of a RFP for supplier of products and services.  The issuance of an RFP is subject to funding approval to undertake the project.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

To be eligible for the RFP stage, suppliers must be registered for the NSW Government ICT Services prequalification scheme (SCM0020)  https://buy.nsw.gov.au/schemes/ict-services-scheme
