Tender Details

The NSW Rural Fire Service (NSWRFS) has an Internal Audit Function managed by an in-house Internal Audit Team. Audit and risk assurance services are provided by external Vendors. NSWRFS has an established three-year Strategic Internal Audit Program (SIAP) that is updated annually and a risk assurance map that is updated every three to five years. Typically, between four and seven audits are performed each financial year. NSWRFS, in consultation with its Audit and Risk Committee, has determined that it will enter into a single source internal auditing arrangement for the delivery of internal audit and assurance services for a three-year period. The engagement will commence in late 2020 to then deliver a three-year internal audit and assurance program for the financial years ending 2021-2023.
