Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T03-21 Burwood Road to construct roundabouts, raised thresholds, asphalt resurfacing and all other associated works.

Works shall consist of the construction of two roundabouts, new traffic islands, raised thresholds, road humps, installation of a new stormwater system including pipes, pits, rain water outlets and lintels, new Kerb and gutter, kerb ramps, footpaths, vehicle crossing adjustments, bus pads, signage and line marking. Asphalt resurfacing on Burwood Road from Downs Street to Omaha Street, Belfield.

All physical works must be completed on or before 30th November 2020

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Refer to drawings which are separately attached to this document.

Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for potential Tenderers to be held as follows:

The briefing is compulsory, Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Note: Tenderers attending site briefing are reminded to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
