Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T51-23 Yatama Park Playground Upgrade in 28 Alfred St, Clemton Park NSW 2206.

T51-23 comprises of 2 separable portions listed below

•Civil Work - Separable Portion 01

•Supply & Delivery - Separable Portion 02

the scope of works will include but not limited to:

oDismantle, remove and dispose of all existing play equipment.

oRemove and dispose of existing shelter picnic set and concrete pad.

oRemove and dispose existing playground mulch and concreter edge

oRemove and dispose existing shad sail, bins, seats, concrete pads, and bubbler.

oSupply and construct new footpath.

oSupply and construct new shelter, picnic set and concreter slab.

oSupply and construct new bin, seats, concrete pads

oSupply and construct new rubber softfall playground and concrete edging 

oSupply and construct new play equipment.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. 

Refer to drawings which are separately attached to this document.

Council will be conducting a non-compulsory site briefing for potential tenderers at 10:00am on 14th March 2023 at 28 Alfred Street, Clemton Park NSW 2206.
