NSW SES requires the Respondent to provide access for all NSW SES Members to a voluntary, confidential and professional, outcome based and non-judgmental Employee Assistance Program which NSW SES would like branded our Member Assistance Program (MAP), which is designed to enhance the psychological wellbeing, resilience and support of all NSW SES Members (employees and volunteers).
