Tender Details

A main entry driveway / service road will split the PV&C into two distinct areas, east and west. The areas are connected at ground floor level to the main entry driveway / service road, and at rooftop plaza level with each other via pedestrian bridges.

The eastern portion of the PV&C, located immediately adjacent to the SFS, is a two-level above ground structure. The lower level (ground floor) and the mezzanine level will contain approx. 230 carparking spaces. The bottom (ground floor) level will also contain a Broadcast Compound and will provide a connection driveway through to the Stadium service ring road. The rooftop will consist of a combination of paved and turf area as well as tennis courts including a single storey Tennis Club amenity and customer service office to the south.

The western portion of the PV&C is a six-level structure. The bottom four levels are below ground, and together with the ground floor and mezzanine level contain approx. 1270 carparking spaces. The rooftop will consist of a combination of food & beverage tenancies, outdoor dining, children’s playground, and open green spaces with landscaping.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

The scope of works for the PV&C includes the following:

· Demolition of the existing MP1 on-grade carpark;

· Installation of a site retention system, including piling and shoring works;

· Bulk excavation to the required levels, including groundwater management;

· Detailed excavation, as required for the new structure;

· Structural works, associated with the construction of the multi-level structure including ground slab, formwork, reinforcement, post tensioning, and concrete;

· Façade works, including brickwork, cladding, precast, and glazing;

· Building services, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, fire, security, wi-fi, DAS;

· FF&E, including outdoor dining, children’s playground;

· Tennis courts, including surface treatment, netting and fencing;

· Carpark management system;

· Cold shell fitout of Food and Beverage tenancies including the structural floor, roof over, walls surrounding and intertenancy, and services connections provisions.
