Tender Details

icare has undertaken a comprehensive project to improve service delivery and quality of life outcomes for people with challenging behaviour secondary to traumatic brain injury across the past 5 years. An on-going service gap is the number of skilled and experienced positive behaviour support (PBS) practitioners available to participants of the Lifetime Care and Support Scheme and the Workers Care program.

As a next step in this process, icare plans to issue an open market Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from suitable Service Providers with the appropriate levels of skill, qualifications and experience to deliver the Positive Behaviour Support Skills Development program to icare practitioners with the aim of increasing the number and skillset of PBS Practitioners who can work people with challenging behaviour secondary to traumatic brain injury and specifically within the Lifetime Care & Workers Care programs.
