Tender Details

The Manager Fleet is required to manage interfaces relating to the impact of fleet changes from More Trains More Services Stage 2 Project (MTMS 2) and New Intercity Fleet Project (NIF) on timetables, maintenance, and stabling. They will need to ensure any additional enabling works or activities are identified, developed and implemented to enable successful introduction of the MTMS 2 Timetable and any interim timetable changes. 

The Manager Fleet will align and coordinate rail fleet logistics to support the implementation of MTMS 2, including the seamless deployment and cascade of fleet across the network and changes to fleet maintenance locations to support the introduction of timetables changes.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

The Tender documents are password protected. Tenderers who wish to view the tender documents have to sign and return the attached Confidentiality Deed by email to Procurementrail@transport.nsw.gov.au . Upon receipt of the signed Confidentiality Deed the password for the Tender documents will be provided.

Tenderers must submit their responses as two separate files only. The first file is to consist of the completed 'Commercial Schedules'. The second file is to consist of the completed 'Non-Commercial Schedules'and is to exclude any reference to pricing.

Multiple separate documents will not be accepted unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. This is to ensure that the tenders are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer.
