Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Project - Utilities Investigation Services - IPD-21-9709

This tender is open to professional services contractors that are members of the Transport for NSW Technical Registration Scheme for (Utility Location and Subsurface Mapping) at the date of advertising of this tender.

Transport for NSW is inviting Tenders from experienced and suitably qualified organisations to perform the services of Utilities Investigation Services for Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Project.

NSW Regions: Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Briefing Session:

Transport for NSW will convene a Briefing Session during the tender period. The purpose of the briefing is for Tenderers to inform themselves of the Services required in submitting a Tender for the Services. The Briefing will be held at 1.00pm, Wednesday 15 December 2021 via MS Teams. Please contact the RFT Manager if you would like to attend this briefing session.

Note to Tenderers - Transport for NSW offices will be closed between 29 December 2021 and 7 January 2022.  Tenderers are able to submit requests for clarifications during this period, however, responses to any clarifications submitted during this period will only begin to be provided from Monday, 10 January 2022.

Electronic lodgement only via the NSW eTendering Website. Questions MUST be submitted in writing to the email address supplied. Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) files. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless prior written approval is obtained from TfNSW.

Confidentiality Deed Poll

Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Deed Poll attached and submit it via email to the RFT Manager at (procurementrail@transport.nsw.gov.au).

Upon receipt of the completed Confidentiality Deed Poll TfNSW may, at its discretion, release these documents to organisations that TfNSW deems capable of providing the Services.
