Conditions for Participation
Respondents must:
- be an approved member of the NSW Government ICT Services SCM0020 Prequalification Scheme Advanced Supplier List, Q01 Professional Services provider at the time of tender and contract execution.
- utilise and comply with the Procure IT v3.2 contract framework; and
- demonstrate commercial and technical capability and experience to deliver the requirements of the Specification in compliance with PSC’s Privacy Code of Practice, and to ensure that all Customer data remains onshore in Australia at all times.
All suppliers must demonstrate they meet the conditions for participation in this RFT.
It is preferred, but not a condition for participation, that the supplier be a Microsoft certified partner.
