Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants for to act as Primary Contractor in the design, development and implementation of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Destination Site that will function independently of the Councils main corporate website. Currently, Council does not have a city brand focused platform that can attract an audience to promote the city. The current Website has been in place for 4 years and requires legislative and functional updates. The destination site would complement the new marketing the city strategy, compliment the Night Time Economy and ED Strategies to showcase businesses and investment, stories and experiences of the City of Canterbury Bankstown around the mantra of “Where Interesting Happens”. With a highly multicultural focus, our destination Website should be designed using the Responsive Web Design (RWD) and Progressive Enhancement strategies. These strategies will allow the Website to be both browser and device compatible to maximise the user experience and provide accessibility requirements across web and mobile.

Note: that Stage 1 (mandatory) and Stage 2 (optional) are separable portions that may be awarded to one or separate contractors.
