Tender Details

DPIE requests applications from qualified individuals for appointment to the SDRP for an initial three year period.

The role of the NSW SDRP is to provide independent, expert and impartial design advice on the design quality of significant development proposals in New South Wales to assist the Government Architect NSW.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

RFT Type

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Conditions for Participation

Respondents must be qualified practitioners and eligible for registration in Australia (where relevant), or retired practitioners, in at least one of the following fields:
o architecture
o urban planning and design
o landscape architecture, and/or
o other relevant discipline with equivalent experience

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

Three year initial term plus two x one year options
