Provision of Car Parking and Related Services - RFT-10053891

 The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

Car Parking Operator at 4 no HNE LHD Public and fleet car parking sites (John Hunter Hospital/Rankin Park, Belmont Hospital, Maitland Hospital and James Fletcher Hospital).

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at Maitland Hospital Car Park, 560 High St, Maitland NSW 2320, at 15th November 2022. Attendance at the meeting is not compulsory.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

TENDER BRIEFING - PRE TENDER MEETING DETAILS

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at Maitland Hospital Car Park, 560 High St, Maitland NSW 2320, at 15th November 2022. Attendance at the meeting is not compulsory.   

This is a tender briefing which is not compulsory but is desirable for potential tenderers to attend. 

Meet at Maitland Hospital visitor carpark boom gate and then proceed to other sites via own cars. 

Please advise the RFT Contact Officer of the names of the attendees no later than 3 working days prior to Pre-Tender Meeting. 

IMPORTANT - This tender is to be submitted as two envelope tender submission. 

This is a two-envelope tender. Tenderers are to lodge two separate files in response to the tender request. The first file (Envelope 1) must contain all data relating to the Non-Price criteria including Tender Schedules for Envelope 1. The second file (Envelope 2) is to contain all the Price data including Tender Schedules for Envelope 2. Both files may be submitted as a single response by containing them in a single Zip file.
