Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T69-22 Panania Tennis Centre Sporting Field upgrade works. The works under this contract consist of the construction a new tennis court and the upgrade of an existing tennis court into a multi-purpose sporting court.
The scope of works will generally consist of:
(1)Construction of new tennis courts including hot shot alignments
(2)Re-construction of existing tennis courts into multi-purpose sporting court
(3)Installation of new fencing around new tennis court and multi-purpose sporting court
(4)Construction of new footpath around tennis facilities including new pram ramps from existing carpark
(5)Line marking of new playing courts
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
Refer to drawings which are separately attached to this document.
A mandatory site briefing will be held on 10am, Tuesday 7th June at Panania Tennis Centre, Panania.
Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
