Design and Construction of a New Amenities Building at Marco Reserve Panania - T15-22

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the amenities building upgrade at Marco Reserve, Homelea Avenue, Panania. Works associated with the amenities upgrade includes the demolition of existing, services relocation where required and the design and construction of a new amenities building.

 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Compulsory tender briefing will be held on site at 10:00am on 7th September 2021 at

Marco Reserve, Homelea Avenue, Panania, New South Wales.
