Integrated Cleaning and Waste Management Services for McDonald Jones Stadium - VNSW2022-401EOI

This is an Expression of Interest (Stage 1 of a 2 Stage Request Process) for Integrated Cleaning and Waste Management Services for McDonald Jones Stadium. Venues NSW seek to obtain Expression of Interest (EOI) Tender Responses from the open market to pre-qualify/shortlist Tenderers to compete for a Selective Request for Proposal for the Site being McDonald Jones Stadium. Tenderers must be able to clearly demonstrate that they have capability to perform the scope of services and the local capacity (wihtin the City of Newcastle/Surrounding LGA's) to meet the demand for the Services. 

Tenderers should refer to the EOI Tender Documentation being Part A. Overview and Conditions of Tendering, Part B. EOI Scope of Services and Part C. EOI Tender Response Returnable Schedule. 

Tenderers are to respond using Part C. EOI Tender Response Returnable Schedule with supporting attachments.

Venues NSW - McDonald Jones Stadium is aiming to have the Expression of Interest process finalised in September 2022 with the Selective Request released to shortlisted Tenderers in September 2022. 

Only shortlisted Tenderers will be invited to the Selective Request (Stage 2).
