Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to perform work within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to the redevelopment of the Kingsway North (St Marys) amenity building

Conditions for Participation

A site visit will be held at Kingsway North toilet block on Wednesday 22 March 2023 at 11:00am.

Under Councils Work, Health and Safety Risk Assessment, contractors or visitors to any Council site that enter beyond the public area need to be fully vaccinated or have medical contraindication in line with our COVIDSAFE Workplace Policy. Proof of vaccination or medical contraindication will be requested to be sighted by a Council officer prior to entry to Council site.
