Sydney Metro is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Independent Environmental Auditing Services company.
TfNSW seeks a Service Provider to act as the programs Independent Environmental Auditor to carry out independent audits in accordance with the Independent Audit Post Approval Requirements (DPIE, 2020) for SM West and SM WSA. The IEA will also undertake independent audits on SM C&SW as per its Planning Approval requirements and may be asked to undertake audits on Sydney Metro Corporate and SM Northwest Operations if and when required.
Sydney Metro management requirements may cover a geographic area from the Sydney CBD, Inner West as well as Western & South Western Sydney

Conditions for Participation
In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:
• 10 years relevant auditing experience
• certification as a lead or principal environmental auditor with a relevant industry body (i.e. JAS-ANZ Exemplar Global or an organisation accredited by JAS-ANZ or Exemplar Global) or other suitable qualifications; and
• experience in relation to developments that have been subject to environmental impact assessment, environmental management, compliance and auditing in the transport infrastructure construction industry
The auditor and any technical specialist must be independent from the project and free from any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest.
