Car Park Upgrade for 33 to 39 Quigg South - T09-23

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T09-23 Car Park Upgrade for 33 to 39 Quigg Street South. 

The scope of works includes but is not limited to:

1. Site preparation works
2. Demolition, removal and disposal of items
3. Asphalt milling and resurfacing
4. Stormwater and drainage work
5. Kerb works
6. Minor concrete works
7. Landscaping
8. Signage and line marking

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.
