Tender Details

The New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation is calling for expressions of interest for the redevelopment of the Site into a vibrant neighbourhood that appeals to a diverse residential population with social and private housing and community facilities seamlessly integrated into the broader community.

LAHC is seeking a development partner to bring their design and delivery expertise to the table to redevelop the Site and optimise the urban and social outcomes.

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

How to request access to the EOI documents

LAHC will be utilising a data room for the ongoing management of the EOI documentation for this Expression of Interest.

To be able to access the Data Room (and EOI documents) LAHC requires your organisation to complete the following:

• a Confidentiality Agreement (file: Major Projects: Confidentiality deed poll attached); and

• information on individuals requiring access to the data room (file: Requested Authorised Persons List attached). 

Please complete the attached documents and return to LAHCMajorProjects@facs.nsw.gov.au by email for access to the EOI documents through the data room.

Legal requirements for NSW Government agencies arising from international procurement agreements

• This is a covered construction procurement as mandated by the Enforceable Provisions Procurement Direction under the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912, and

• These provisions came into effect in New South Wales on 29 November 2019.

Lodging an EOI Response

1. Scroll down to Participation Instructions and select Lodge a Response.

Please note that an eTendering account is required lodge a response via NSW eTendering.

2. Follow the instructions to attach your response files for lodgement.

- A maximum of five (5) separate files can be submitted at any one time. If you have more than five (5) separate files, you can 'zip' files together to reduce the total number

- Each File Size should be NO MORE THAN 30MB

3. Each successful transmission of submitted files will be confirmed with an on-screen receipt displaying details of what has been received (i.e. file names, time and date received and a receipt number). If this screen does not display then your response has NOT BEEN successful.

4. If your response has been successfully lodged, you will receive an email from NSWeTendering_NoReply@finance.nsw.gov.au confirming the details of your response. Please retain this receipt for your records.
