Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T14-23 Thurina Park Community Centre Project.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. The work site is located at Thurina Park Lowana St Villawood NSW 2163.
A compulsory tender briefing will be held at 10:00 am on 16 December 2022 at Level 1, Bankstown Civic Tower, 66-72 Rickard Road, Bankstown NSW 2200.
Site is to be self-inspected prior to this meeting. Any questions can be addressed at the tender briefing.

On arrival the tenderers should wait in the undercover area, outside the main entrance and (NOT in the foyer). A Council representative will come down at 10 am to take you up to the appropriate level.
