Nandi Reserve, Frenchs Forest is one of the eight parks in the Strategic Open Spaces program. This program involves the design and construction of parks across the Sydney metropolitan area. In February 2019, the Premier announced this $150m program, focused on providing greater recreation opportunities for the community. This program is known as the Parks for People Program.
