In order to meet SINSW forecasted student enrolment demand and to facilitate the construction of a primary school, SINSW is seeking to acquire a suitable site within the Lennox Head Target Area to deliver a primary school.
An invitation is being made to property and landowners in the Lennox Head area to express their interest by submitting their site for consideration by SINSW to undertake due diligence investigations to determine site suitability for the new school.
An electronic data room (Data Room) has been established to facilitate the provision of information for the EOI process.
Access to the Data Room will be granted by PDNSW (at PDNSW’s absolute discretion) on acceptance of a Confidentiality and Process Deed Poll and Authorised User Form submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined in the ROI Conditions. The Data Room is subject to the Data Room Protocol. Instructions and conditions are set out in the ROI Conditions.
Please submit the completed Confidentiality and Process Deed Poll and Authorised User Form to hap_pdnsw_advisory&trans@property.nsw.gov.au requesting access to the Data Room.
