The objective of this RFP is to establish a panel of BMPMs who will work with severly injured participants of Lifetime Care, Workers Care and Dust Diseases Care in project managing building works in accordance with major building modifications that have been approved by icare for a participant.

Major home modifications are often required to facilitate a participants’ return to their homes and communities, anywhere within Australia or overseas, after severe injury and are vital in enabling participants to be as safe and independent as possible in and around their own homes.
BMPM services may include the development of scope of works, cost estimates, sourcing design and build quotations for major home modifications, any legislative building approval processes and project management of home modifications from initiation through to handover to the participant.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
It is envisaged that the panel is due to commence in Q32023 for a three-year duration, with an optional extension of two years after that period. Any extension shall be solely at the discretion of icare.
