Tender Details

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to evaluate and shortlist business coaches who could potentially supply the Farm Business Resilience Program in NSW. SCOPE This opportunity is to coach 6 farm businesses individually in NSW across an 11 month period (August 2021 - June 2022). PARTICIPANTS Target participants are farmers, farm managers and employees, including those already in business and those about to start their own farm business. All ages are welcome to join. LOCATIONS Farming businesses will be spread across NSW geographically and will be from a diverse range of industries. COACHING FORMAT Individual coaching • Each business is to be coached at least fortnightly via video • Each business is to receive unlimited phone and email support from their coach GROUP COACHING 4 group coaching workshops are to be held across the 11 month period bringing together the 6 businesses
