Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the for the Design and Construction of 4 Playgrounds at the following locations:

• Playford Park

Gibson Avenue, (Cnr Cahors Road), Padstow NSW 2211

• Harold Bull Reserve

80 Chalmers St, Lakemba NSW 2195

• Flinders Slopes  

Henry Lawson Dr, Lansdowne NSW 2163

• Killara Reserve    

184 Horsley Rd, Panania NSW 2213

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held on 10AM, 18 August 2020 at Playford Park, Padstow (Southern End, Cnr of Cahors Rd and Gibson Ave).

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Note: Tenderers attending site briefings are reminded to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
