Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the design and construction of three pedestrian bridges at The Crest, Georges Hall.
The works in this RFT includes but is not limited to:
1.Designing of a new pedestrian bridge as per requirements given in a scope document dated 25 June 2020 prepared by Canterbury Bankstown Council;
2.Removal and disposal of existing bridge;
3.Fabricate and install new bridge;
4.Re-construct approach path to suit new bridge;
5.Restore any damaged area in park due to construction activities.
The works are estimated to start in September 2020 and complete before 24 November 2020.

Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for potential Tenderers at 10:30am on 14 July 2020.
The meeting point is at the Carpark next to The Crest Athletics Track. Nearest cross street is McClean Street, Georges Hall.
Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
