The tenderer is to provide a comprehensive dry hire rate for the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance (emergency & breakdown), decommissioning & removal (at project completion) of portable 3 & 5 cell wet decontamination units inclusive of transport to & from site.
Site Location
The Lake George Mine is located on the Western edge of the town of Captains Flat, approximately 52 km Southeast of Queanbeyan NSW. A site location diagram is provided as an attachment to the tender documentation.
All services must be provided at the site location being Corner Miner Rd. & Old Mines Rd. Captains Flat N.S.W. (GPS: -35.592425, 149.442101)
The proposed articles are to conform to the following minimum requirements:
•Transportable within works site
•Remote 240v power
•On board hot water service
•On board clean water storage tank
•On board wastewater storage tank
•Wastewater filtration system
•Negative pressure capability
•On board consumable storage
Please Note: Potable water will be made available however, unit locations will not have mains water connected.
Commencement date is 22/01/2023, Initial term is eighteen (18) months and extension options are two (2) x six (6) months. Following approval to proceed, commencement of work is to proceed (in accordance with agreed commencement date) on a full-time and uninterrupted basis until completion of work. Early forecasting indicates the operation phase of the project will extend for approximately 18 months from date of commencement.
Decontamination services will be required from 22/01/2023 until all personnel & plant have been demobilised at project completion.
