We are looking for Expressions of Interest for the Design, Supply, Maintenance and Technical support of Waste Gas Burners and other equipment associated with sludge digestion units i.e: Digester Roof Flame Arrestors, Pressure & Vacuum Relief Valves, Condensation/Sediment Traps etc. Note: Sydney Water uses low-pressure biogas for Waste Gas Burners (between 1.0 kPa to 4.5 kPa) and permanently lit pilot flames using the pressures above, without compressing the biogas.

Conditions for Participation
Mandatory evaluation criteria for EOI
M1 - Work, Health and Safety
•AS4801/AS/NZS/ISO45001; OR
•NSW government WHS management system and auditing guidelines - 6th Edition; OR
•Office of Federal Safety Commission (OFSC accreditation); AND
•Safety Prequalification Assessment
M2 - Location and Serviceability
Demonstrate ability to meet all SW sites supply and servicing needs for WGB and other associated equipment.
•Location: Sydney based or interstate
•Manufacturing location : onshore / offshore
•Servicing capability : i.e technician availability and competency
•Critical Spare part holding and management
M3 - Financial
Annual revenue of the company and financial capability to meet Sydney Water contract needs.
The following five stages will be employed prior to release of tenders
• Stage 1 - NSW e-tender site published for EOI
• Stage 2 - EOI Submission
• Stage 3 - EOI Review / Outcome and successfull proponents requested for ARIBA Self - Registration
• Stage 4 - ARIBA Prequalification
• Stage 5 - RFT Released Via ARIBA
Note : Tender will not be issued immediately following the closure of this advertisement for EOI.
Sydney Water will review the EOI submissions based on the responses received. Those proponents meeting SWC EOI requirements will be contacted for next steps.
