This expression of interest (EOI) is to seek interest for services of a Systems Integrator to deliver the outcomes of the Road Asset Information Strategy Implementation (RAISI) i.e. to provide structured asset information and data that enables better decision making at all stages of the Road Asset Lifecycle.

Scope A: Design, Implement and deploy a TfNSW Roads asset information and management solution (AIMS) into the existing TfNSW Equip SAP ERP ecosystem.

Scope B (Optional): Deliver the Organisational Change Management (OCM) outcomes based on the agreed implementation strategy and deployment approach
