The Cancer Institute NSW is seeking a technology solution to identify suspicious areas on breast cancer screening mammograms, including products that that use deep-learning based artificial intelligence algorithms for the categorisation of medical images.
The solution is required to categorise sets of mammograms as either normal or requiring further diagnostic investigation.
On the basis of responses to this Request for Information, the Cancer Institute intends to approach a limited set of vendors seeking proposals for collaboration for the trial and implementation of their solution in the BreastScreen NSW breast cancer screening program.
