This is a registration of interest to receive further information in relation to the Request for Tender (RFT).  The RFT is expected to be released in July 2017. 

Respondents who wish to Register Interest, may do so by completing the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll and Contract 6 Data Room User Form.  Both forms should be returned to dana.reddy@transport.nsw.gov.au.  TfNSW may, at its absolute discretion grant access to the Contract 6 Data Room.  All RFT information will be released and the RFT managed through the Contract 6 Data Room.  No further e-tender advertisement will appear for this Contract 6 RFT. 

Access to the Data Room must be sponsored by a Bus Service Operator. 

Registration to receive information in relation to the RFT will be accepted until 9 October 2017, at which time the RFT is expected to close.  No further Registrations will be accepted after 9 October 2017.
