This program seeks to ensure sustainable organisation-wide improvement and better customer outcomes are delivered through the completion of prioritised program initiatives. A preliminary view of metrics and success measures at an organisational level has been developed. Our success in FY2022 will be predominantly measured through delivery of initiatives, with lead indicators of success measures used to monitor flow through of performance uplift.

• Registration is limited to two (2) maximum per Vendor.

Once received, the link to the webinar will be emailed to the staff member that has sent through the registration by COB 20.08.2021

• The Procurement (Enforceable Procurement Provisions) Direction 2019 applies to this procurement

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement
