Tender Details
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Removal of existing evaporate cooling and installation of new A/C, fresh air supply, ceiling fans, controls, temperature, CO2 and enthalpy sensors, and associated electrical works including EDB and MSB modifications or replacements and building repair works.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at:

Date & Time - Wednesday 3rd November 2021 at 10:00AM
Conditions of Attendance - Tenders must register attendance with the Contact Person nominated in Clause 1.1-Conditions of Tendering, at a minimum of 5 days prior to the Pre-Tender Meeting including services NSW COVID-19 Safety Plan for SINSW.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”. All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed. This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.
