Vivid Sydney, the largest festival of Light, Music, Ideas and Food in the Southern Hemisphere and the largest event in Australia, is owned, managed and produced by Destination NSW, the NSW Government's tourism and major events agency.
Vivid Sydney has been integral in cementing Sydney’s position as the creative capital of the Asia-Pacific and, instrumental in driving visitation to Sydney. In 2022 Vivid Sydney attracted 2.58 million attendees.
Vivid Sydney features an outdoor ‘gallery’ of extraordinary lighting sculptures and 3D projections, a cutting-edge contemporary music program, and some of the world’s most important creative industry workshops and forums. Vivid Sydney delivers both innovative live entertainment and creative inspiration on a grand scale.
Destination NSW is seeking an itemised quotation for the provision of Event First Aid and Paramedical Services for Vivid Sydney 2023, 2024 and 2025 with an option to renew for Vivid Sydney 2026 and 2027 for the 23-night Festival and other time extensions to incorporate special events before and after Vivid Sydney which traditionally starts in late May and go for 23 nights ending mid-June.
