TfNSW seeks an alcohol and drugs testing services supplier to support worker wellness. Transport for New South Wales (Transport) is currently reviewing its agency-wide staff drug and alcohol policy. Once the new policy is in place the number and frequency of testing is expected to increase dramatically. A suitable supplier is sought to meet this need

which will be made available when TfNSW has issued you with the appropriate login information. Hard copy submission is not an option.
Conditions for Participation
• Provider(s) must be ISO AS 4308 accredited collectors
• Alcohol screening will be conducted by use of a device which complies with Australian Standard AS 3547:1997.
• Method for drug screening will initially be in the form of saliva oral swab testing, conforming to Australian Standard AS 4760:2006 by appropriately accredited testing officers
• Must conduct confirmatory testing at authorised NATA accredited laboratory testing.
• Must have a digital solution for pathology resulting, collection administration and trending data reporting.
• Must be capable of providing onsite collection services as per mandatory accreditations in remote regional NSW locations with limited onsite facilities, on a 24/7 basis, and provide on-call collection services for post incident testing within a 3 hour timeframe
• Have performed a similar scope of services (drug and alcohol testing) for at least 3 organisations with at least:
• With at least 2500 staff (inclusive of contractors)
• Twenty sites or testing locations, including remote regional NSW
