The objective of this EOI is to identify and shortlist Service Providers (SPs) with the relevant skills, experience and geographical reach to effectively deliver the required Property Management Services to the NSW Police Force. Shortlisted SPs will be invited to respond to a future Property Management Services Request for Tender activity

Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

EOI responses will be evaluated swiftly and shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in an RFT activity commencing pre-Christmas 2020 with a closing date within February 2021
