Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers that are on the Sydney Water Accredited Constructors that are currently https://www.sydneywater.com.au/plumbing-building-developing/provider-information/listed-providers/constructors-major-works.html, with W2, W3 and S2 capabilities for the disconnection, replacement, encasement, and new construction of sewer / water mains, as per provided drawings and Job Specific Letters (Annexures) in CBC10007 Potable and Sewers Work Brief (Work Brief).
Contract Works are to be undertaken in accordance with any applicable Australian standards, codes and specifications.
Respondents are required to be suitably qualified as per the conditions outlined in the Sydney Water Job Specific Letters and must supply evidence of current compliance to required accreditations.
Tenderers are to refer to the drawings included in the Works Brief, and drawings which are separately attached to this document.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

A non-compulsory briefing is to be held outside Affiniti Café, adjacent to Paul Keating Park Bankstown at 10am on 18 October 2022.
