Newcastle Entertainment Centre Portable Seating Replacement - NEC-CAPEX-INF8/1

The Newcastle Entertainment Centre is a multi-purpose arena located on the Newcastle Showground. The facility was opened in June 1992 and has a total capacity of 7,528 patrons or 4,500 square metres of exhibition space.

The Centre has flexible configurations including reduced modes and can host various events including concerts, sports, exhibitions and functions. The venue has a car park facility with 1,300 individual car spaces.

VNSW invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply of portable seating (the ‘Goods’) at Newcastle Showground and Newcastle Entertainment Centre. The scope will require the supply and delivery of singles, double and quads portable seating. The site requires 1900 singles, 70 doubles and 620 quads. The Tenderer is to submit options for both upholstered and raw plastic seating, including a price per unit. All proposed seating must be for indoor use.
