BLaKC – Bryan Brown Theatre Smoke Hatch Replacement - Q373-21

Council is seeking Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for BLaKC - Bryan Brown Theatre Smoke Hatch Replacement. The works includes the supply and installation of a new heat/smoke hatch ventilation system including all associated items in accordance with the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Compulsory briefing will be held in small groups from 2:00PM on 10^th August 2021.

Please Note: Only one (1) representative per respondent can attend compulsory briefing. Please register your attendance by emailing tenderbox@cbcity.nsw.gov.au by 8:00am on 6^th August 2021. Registered respondents will be emailed their allocated time to attend compulsory briefing.

Council will not consider a Quotation lodged by a Respondent who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Respondent signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Location of compulsory briefing is at Bankstown Library and Knowledge Centre, Basement Carpark Level, 80 Rickard Rd, Bankstown NSW 2200.

Respondents attending site briefing must comply with COVID-19 guidelines.
