Tender Details
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites entities with relevant and proven experience to register their interest to participate in the procurement process for the Technical Advisory and Environmental Scoping Services for further Fast Rail development activities.
Following this Expression of Interest, entities that TfNSW considers are able to perform the services, have investment capability and satisfy the Minimum Requirements detailed below will be shortlisted to receive the Invitation to Tender document upon release.
Minimum Requirement 1
Have undertaken multi-disciplinary design at the Final Business Case Stage/ Definition Design on Fast Rail networks within Australia or aboard with a value of >$500M.
Minimum Requirement 2
Have undertaken multi-disciplinary design at the Final Business Case Stage/ Definition Design on rail Infrastructure within Australia with a value of >$500M.
Minimum Requirement 3
Have undertaken environmental and sustainability scoping and assessment services on a major infrastructure project in NSW with a value of >500m.
Minimum Requirement 4
Evidence that the entity/entities are already TAO with capabilities to carry out Technical Advisory and Environmental Scoping Services for further Fast Rail development activities.
Entities seeking to register should detail which other entities, if any, they intend to join with for the purposes of submitting an expression of interest.
Following registration, TfNSW will provide entities with access to a dedicated web-based data room containing further information on the ITT process, additional supporting documents and information to enable them to submit an ITT. Access to the data room will be subject to the entities agreeing to TfNSW’s terms for use of the data room.
