Bradfield City Centre First Building Advanced Industry Hub - WPCA0000160

The Western Parkland City Authority is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced operators of business incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces to run an Advanced Industry Hub within Bradfield City Centre’s landmark First Building. 

The successful operator will help us establish an Advanced Industry Hub (the Hub) for start-ups and businesses in Bradfield City Centre. They will partner with us and play a pivotal role in activating an advanced industry ecosystem in Australia’s newest city.

The Hub will be located in approximately 250sqm of office floorspace in the First Building. It will sit alongside the first stage of our Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility and global technology giant Hitachi.

Bradfield City Centre, Australia’s first 22nd Century city, is located in the heart of the Western Parkland City and on the doorstep of the new Western Sydney International Airport. It will be a thriving and advanced city centre, connecting and attracting local and global industry partners.

The EOI is now open and closes on 13 March 2023.
