This procurement has been prepared for market engagement which summarises the procurement options considered to replace the currents leased assets due to expire under the current leasing arrangement and replace the ageing TfNSW owned assets and supports the activity to select the best option to be adopted to ensure service continuity and value for money outcome.

Supplier proposals must comply with the following regulations and policies:

·          Work Health & Safety Act – ensure items being supplied under this contract comply with these regulations through different inspection stages during the build.

·          Traffic Act & Registration - ensure items being supplied under this contract comply with these registration requirements through final inspection stage prior to delivery.

·          Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) – compliance required in terms of weight distribution, axle loadings, other certifications

·          Emissions Standards – compliance with NSW Government Resource Efficiency Policy (GREP)

·          Technical Compliance - ensure items being supplied under this contract comply with all technical specifications & other requirements.
