Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to partner in the design, development and implementation of an Information Management (IM) Maturity Program that will be applied to all Council content and data. The partnership will include the design, development and implementation of an: IM Strategy; IM Governance Framework; Information Asset Register; Information Asset Processes; Enterprise Information Architecture (SharePoint Online); Single Content and Data Source; Search Engine; Mobility; Training and Documentation.
As part of this maturity program, Council will be moving to SharePoint Online. This will require the preparation of a SharePoint Roadmap, review of and suggestions, potential implementation for the associated add-ons and assistance in the migration from SharePoint on premise to SharePoint Online.
The SharePoint Roadmap, review of the associated add-ons and assistance in the migration to SharePoint Online may be offered under either a direct supply or subcontracted out, but Council’s preference is for a Primary Contractor that will act as the single service provider that delivers the Council requirements in total.
Services included in this quotation are:
Part 1 – Information Management Maturity Program including: IM Strategy; IM Governance Framework; Information Asset Register; Information Asset Processes; Enterprise Information Architecture (in SharePoint Online); Single Content and Data Source; Search Engine; Mobility; Training and Documentation.
Part 2 – SharePoint Roadmap including: a review of and suggestions for associated add-ons; assistance in the migration to SharePoint Online.
A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. An Information Management Maturity Plan will be provided to the successful respondent for reference.
All IM components of this program must comply with the State Records Act. ISO 15489, ISO 16175 and ISO 9001.
All content and products developed for this program will be the intellectual property of Council.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf. Nomination of an email address via tenderbox@cbcity.nsw.gov.au to receive a briefing invitation and attendance at the virtual meeting will be deemed having signed the attendance sheet.
