Patrol Vessel: - 0501683

The Request For Tender covers the construction, survey and delivery of one mono-hulled 28 to 30 metre Ocean Patrol Vessel for the NSW Police including the cost of design, construction, commissioning, delivery, training and the costs of plans, approval of plan fees, survey fees, witness fees for inclining test, stability data check fee, radio survey fee and any other fee levied before acceptance of the vessel, and, in any case, all costs involved in satisfying the requirements of the Specification.

The vessel is intended for patrol duties off the NSW coast, Lord Howe Island and within the 200nm Exclusive Economic Zone. The vessel will be operated by up to ten crew for periods of up to five days at a time.

The tenderer must offer an aluminium vessel based on a generic hull form. Tenderers must, on request, be able to demonstrate and trial a vessel similar to that which they are offering, for the appraisal of the tender evaluation committee.
