Tender Details

This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the provision of plumbing and/or electrical services.

The contract shall be for a 3 year period with 2x1 year optional extension periods.

The Plumbing Services covered under this Request for Tender include

  • Portable water supply repairs and installations,
  • Septic and sewerage drainage repairs and replacement,
  • Gas supply and reticulation, irrigation,
  • Roof gutter and downpipe repairs and replacements.
  • Rain water tank supply & installations.
  • Stormwater repairs & replacents, and
  • Hot water repairs & replacements including temperature control cerification.

    The Electrical Services covered under this Request for Tender include

  • Repairs and replacement to lights & light fittings
  • Repairs and replacement to Electrical distribution Boards

    The services required are to be provided throughout the metropolitan region of Sydney and the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area.


    Pre-Tender Briefings will be held:- Date: Wednesday, 6th September 2006
