This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the provision of plumbing and/or electrical services.
The contract shall be for a 3 year period with 2x1 year optional extension periods.
The Plumbing Services covered under this Request for Tender include
Portable water supply repairs and installations,
Septic and sewerage drainage repairs and replacement,
Gas supply and reticulation, irrigation,
Roof gutter and downpipe repairs and replacements.
Rain water tank supply & installations.
Stormwater repairs & replacents, and
Hot water repairs & replacements including temperature control cerification.
The Electrical Services covered under this Request for Tender include
Repairs and replacement to lights & light fittings
Repairs and replacement to Electrical distribution Boards
The services required are to be provided throughout the metropolitan region of Sydney and the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie area.
Pre-Tender Briefings will be held:- Date: Wednesday, 6th September 2006
