The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
The projects involves the construction of 3 new MPS facilities (Rural Hospitals) on green fields sites at Bingara, Warialda and Tingha and 1 new build and refurbishment works for the existing hospital at Merriwa.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Additional Details / Instructions
A mandatory site meeting will be held at Merriwa Hospital at 10:00 am on 25 October 2006. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
A non-mandatory but recommended site meeting will be held on 26 October 2006 at Tingha at 9:30 am; at Warialda at 1:00 pm and at Bingara at 4:00 pm.
Tenders are invited from those companies preregistered in Hunter-New England Region for Building Works over $10,000,000.
Tender responses from the above preregistered tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.
