New main entry, New District Court Wing and various internal modifications to existing heritage listed Courthouse building. The alteration of a specific portion of the existing Police Station Building in order to link with the Courthouse addition.

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 2.00pm Thursday 12 October 2006, Nowra Courthouse.
